By fundraising with Care Guru Foundation, we aim to remove every financial roadblock so children can focus on learning, not worrying. Through our Scholarship Support program, we ensure no child from underserved or vulnerable communities ever has to drop out of school due to a lack of funds.

Who is eligible for the Scholarship Program?
Children from underserved, low-income, marginalized, or remote communities who are at risk of dropping out due to financial barriers are eligible for a scholarship for education. Priority is given to the most vulnerable and meritorious cases.

Scholarship for education support varies by need of the child — from one-off kits (uniforms, stationery) to full-year school fee sponsorship and transportation. Exact amounts depend on assessed need and program budget.
How many children in India are forced to drop out annually?
In many parts of India, access to quality education is uneven, particularly for children in economically disadvantaged regions, marginalized communities, and remote rural areas.
As a result, 6 million have no choice but to drop out annually.

Funds are allocated to verified student needs, including tuition fees, kits, transport costs, and more. To ensure 100% transparency, donors receive regular updates and fund utilization reports
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes, donations to the scholarship for education support program (of INR 500 or above) are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, post declaration of the donor’s PAN and address details before the end of the financial year in which the donation was made.

Where digital access is limited, we provide offline resources, printed guides and occasional community learning sessions to bridge gaps.
